Overhead console 1995 SE

I need help getting out my overhead console in my 1995 grand am se because i am putting my neon switches in it. If anyone could help me with this i would be really appreciative i don't want to break anything so i'll wait till i get some feedback on this.

hmmmmmm I seem to remember something about lil plastic clips....but I am unsure.

I tried to get mine out a while back, never could! I was too afraid of breaking something...

Although I did make a switch panel for up in there for my amps. I took out one of those dome lights, from there you can see the plastic housing of the overhead console. Drilled a hole for wires, and mounted by panel. Worked pretty good :)

there are a few screws up above the lights if im thinkin correctly and then slides towards back of car and down.
