I just thought of doing this, and I was wondering if anyone would know how hard it would be to do. I want to get the Headlight Eyebrows from customgrandam.com, but instead of having the blinker window, I want to cut out the pontiac arrow in it. I did a quick photoshop chop just to get an idea... Has anyone else done anything like this?

I'm planning on doing the same thing. Some people have circles but if there is a hole, the arrowhead is the way to go. Some one has a nice white carbon fiber arrowhead decal on the black vinyl that looks good too.

That would look sharp, if done well.

hey, before you buy them from customgrandam.com stop by a local sign store and check to see if you could have some vinyl... then you can cut it out on your own.

this is a do-it-yourself way, but if you would rather have someone custom cut it to fit correctly then just order them. Also, it would be sweet if you put the little diamond/star thing on the inside of the pontiac symbol.

i think it would be cool putting some kinda film behind it. So theres no amber showing and the logo lights up a different color

It's probally possible, but a colored film ontop of the amber, I don't think the color is going to come out right.... unless you somehow clear out the headlamps.... but either way, I would probally want to stay with the amber.... now to try to figure something out with my tail lights....

People say that clearing the headlights is a b*tch... As for the tail lights, you can smoke them (check out the car domain of GAOC member Xidion click here (http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/529934) ) or you can clear them (click here (http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/455004/4) about half way down the page) or you can buy some altezza's (click here (http://www.pfyc.com/store/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=PFYC&Product_Code=GA1025&Product_Count=32&Category_Code=GAEXT) not necessarily the ones you should buy, but an example... I would get the gunmetal ones myself)
any other things you can do, let me know.

I'd be interested in eyebrows with the pontiac logo.. that'd be sweet..
would that work tho, because i know if you read the little note on the eyebrows, it says you have to stretch the vinyl, so, having a cut out shape.. it may get disturted

You would have to cut the shape into the vinyl after it is installed and set. It still might distort since the design would be where the vinyl is stretched to tightest.

it's easy and done several times....search the grandamgt.com forums....

Alright guys, It is done and installed. Looking decent too... I like how the drivers side turned out as opposed to the passenger side, but this was my first stab at stretching vinyl so I learned my lesson. But even on the drivers side, I didn't do a whole lot of stretching, just on the corners to fill it out better and curve it a bit more.
One thing I thought of doing to make this easier and a cleaner install would be to remove the headlights, which I couldn't figure out how to do. The rubber gets in the way a lot when installing them. Oh well, I'm buzzed and rambling, just go check it out...
