Did the 94 Grand am se ever come with a rear sway bar.... ? or was it the just the GT?
And if it was how hard do you think it would be to find one at an auto wrecker?

Heh. Why would you want a sway bar on a solid axle setup anyway? There should be no body roll in the rear do to its swing arm like setup. (In theory, I realize it's not like that in practice, but why?)

ok well i just bought this car about 1 month ago.. and ive done every type of maintence work you can do on this car... But to try and explain it... when i go straight over a speed bump.. it feels normal..(also i have replaced the rear shocks with brand new ones.. and also got 2 tires for the rear) but when i go over a speed bump on an angle the car doesnt just go over 1 tire at a time.. the front does but on the rear 2.. the rear end of the car wobbles back and forth really noticably... but ive been told my side walls on the tires could be weak.. but then i was curious about a rear sway bar... Also i previously owned a 1990 Beretta GT... same breaks and rear suspension.. why did it have a rear sway bar then?

Differant car, thats why. The rear is a solid axle, what you feel on one side will be the same on the other side. The front is independant, whats why you can go over it one wheel at a time.

I still find speed bumps much for friendly at an angle, even with the solid axle.
