Windex fog-free... Doesnt matter that it has amonia, cause you arent letting it soak... It takes about 20 minutes for amonia to penetrate the film... You can clean all the glass 3 times in that time.

Windex peeling tint is a myth... If you spray it, and then wipe it off, you WILL have no worries... If you spray it and leave it, it will evaporate before the tint peels...

Water with a drop of soap or shampoo works wonders...

umm ammonia will ruin the tint cause i had a s-10 with tinted windows in i and i used it and then i couldnt see out of the tint so i had to spend 300 buck (US money) to get the old tint off and put new tint on soits not a good idea to use that stuff. and i ddnt have it on for a long time either

Cleaners with ammonia will turn your tint purple in time.
I was told just to use soap and water to clean them.

I work in a collision repair center and the only glass cleaner out there we use is THE GM GLASS CLEANER!!! (not a GM body shop either!) Go to the parts counter of your local GM dealership and get a can and use with complete confidence!!!!(In Canada it's only 5 bucks a can, so whats that.....yea... about 4 cents for you!!):D

All good advice - I haven't used any of those products - I don't have tinted windows (but I'd like to). I've been using plain old Windex, but I'm not really happy with it.
