Casper o2 Simulator

I just got a Casper o2 Simulator and installed it in my car because the o2 sensor behind the cat went bad. So I went to Autozone and had the code cleared and now the light came back on after about a hour of driving. I see that on the Casper Simulator there is a red light on it. Is that light suppose to come on or something? Do I have a bad Simulator? Help!!!

Could be because you still have a cat. I never heard of anyone using a simulator as a replacement for a down stream o2 unless they have removed the cat. Go back to OEM replacement.

I have been reading around about the Simulator and the LED thats on it. The LED is suppose to flash if its working. Mines not doing anything.
