calling all GA'ers....

I went to the guy who installed my setup for springs/struts/shocks...... He said i needed polyurethane strut mounts to stop the moaning and groaning and poping of springs. he also said that they need to be "specific" to the type of springs you have too. is this true? If it is where can i find some to go with eibach springs. Because that is what i will be going with now. I reaaaallyy need to find some strut mounts and i'm having trouble searching for them. thank you.

Ive never heard about the strut mounts having to be specific to the spring, the strut mount is a thing that lets the strut/spring be able to bolt to the car right, its specific for the car.But if you can find some that your spring brand makes then I guess get them,it wouldn't hurt.

Well If we think of it this way... The Struts are made just for the GA, The Springs are made just for the GA, and the Strut Mounts are made just for the GA then I would say that it is ok to mix and match as long as they are Car/Generation Specific... if you get into universal stuff.... then you might have to rethink stuff.

But you should be ok. I would just call KYB and ask them I'm sure they have an 800 number on there web-site.
