Auto Windows Probs

My friends 99 Grand Am is having problems with the auto windows. First his passsenger window wouldnt work, he got it fixed then the driver and he got it fixed and now it is screwed up again. He cant get it to move.

a lot of times this is due to the window being off the "track"!

hehehe ever since i got angry and punched the arm rest on the passenger side door, the window has rolled up and down perfectly. it would get stuck frequently and unstuck again, on and on the cycle went till i got angry and punched the arm rest...works like new now!!! :???:

Mine has had a problem with the windows since i bought it and has gradually got worse. the power windows work....

Mydrivers side window works intermitently. Down an inch pause. Up a 1/4 inch pause. And so on ans so forth. The dealer replaces the passs side motor before I got it. and that thing is loud as ever. The bastards said it's new and it would go away over a short time. That was over a year ago. If I replace te drivers side motor I will go into the pass side and lube it down.
