I was thinking about throwing This (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7911030513&category=33615&sspagename=WDVW#ebayphotohosting) into a 1994 Grand Am that currently has a 3100 V6.

I was wondering what type of money I am looking at putting into the car to have that fit into there perfectly and snug. I was trying to talk to someone about it earlier, but it just got all too confusing, and then he just up and left, so if anyone can help me, it would be deeply appreciated.

PS-if you dont think this engine is the type i should put under there, what would YOU yourself recommend. I was thinking something euro, but i was told "no", but what are your thoughts?

That'd be alot of weight up front & alot of fab work to not only install but the whole suspension etc, would have to be fab'ed up to hold the wieght. Not to mention the car would handle like crap w/ all that weight in the nose. And all for 300 hp, that's just too much work & $ to me. Not to mention the loss in handling. If you want some good serious hp the easier way, look here, you could probably come close to that hp figure w/ mutilating the car. Never seen this site life Joey, thanks a TON! That'll be alot easier and alot cheaper than all that work for the other engine. THANKS A TON!

No prob. I seen it posted here before & saved the link. I would like to beef mine up someday but can't justify all that right now w/ only 63,000 miles on mine. Maybe a supercharger in the next year & then when the motor waers down someday I'll have the sc & have the motor warmed over like that.:)

Haha, awesome. I live in Fishers, 15 minutes north of downtown indianapolis, and about 2 miles from the border to Indianapolis.

Haha, yeah. I guess so. Quite honestly, we would be rich, but I am the oldest of six children, lol. So we are fine, but still have to balance the budget.
Like I told my parents, if I was the only child, we'd be living large with me having several sports cars and one hell of an awesome modified (chopped to high heaven) grand am!
