I have a question i live in canada and have looked ever where for this pontiac cover plate for my new 2004 Grand Am SE and i can find one anywhere . also i will soon have pics of my car when i get all the mods done to it. thanx in advance if someone can help me , i get her new and just wonding what would be the best mods to do as well.

If you are meaning the filler from the factory that they make you buy extra? I would check on our for sale,ebay,or gagt to see whats available

Either that, or go to the dealer, buy one, get it painted, and then install it.

There is a ebay store that sells them for about $15 + shipping.

Yeah man I bought a 04 SE in March and I didn't get one either. See many around without them on, but then you see one every once in a while with one... Wierd eh

They are illegal in Canada. You need a front license plate.

Wrong.
Saskatchewan, Alberta, Quebec, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and P.E.I. don't require them.
oh, and neither do the 3 territories :D

Damned New york wont let you get away without a front plate,How they gonna catch anyone if they rob back some of the cash they steal from you,lol.Dont steal from the government,they hate competition!

I guess Connecticut requires them too, but ive been driving mine without the plate, and the front cover on for the 7 months ive owned the car and have yet to be stopped.
even my mom, with a Myrtle Beach plate on the front of her Burban hasnt been stopped.
Id say go for it, youll never know how they enforce it until you try. And it cant be that big of a fine ... one would think/hope.
