Center Console Question

How do i remove the small piece of plastic that shows what position (non manual) you are in. I haven't looked at it yet so if you can help.

take a screw driver and pry it up (the plastic thing thats all curvy) then youll have to unhook the connection of the plastic piece that shows what gear you are in, also theres a pin you need to pull out on the bottom of the shifter knob, also there is a connection that needs to come out at the right side of the console area....so pry it up unhook everything, and pull out the pin.

forgot to mention there are screws that need to be taken out you need a ratchet not sure what size i think they are either 5mm or 7mm but I could be wrong.
