Swaping Tech4 for Quad4

I was wondering how hard it would be to swap a quad4 into a '91 body style grand am with a tech4. I was looking the other day and found a nice looking 2 door red 8?-91 somthing grand am for $450. Looked almost new from the road. Im guessing its got a tech 4 in it thats why im asking here b4 i buy it. I have a 91 4 door grand am with a good running LD2 but the car itself is a total pos. Is it just a matter of swaping mounts, computer, wireing? Or am i gona have to spend some money on this?

I think it'd be quite a difficult swap, but if you're up for the challenge, you could try it. AFAIK, all that stuff (mounts, computer, wiring) would have to be changed, and you'd have to bring the tranny over from your current car. The wiring is probably the most difficult thing.

But find out what engine that GA has first - a lot of them had the Q4, so that one might as well. Then it'd be a relatively easy swap...
