hey guys i ws just woundering if i were to buy an aftermarket steering wheel, would i need to get a hub adaptor and does it need to be a certain type of hub adaptor, please get back to me

Yes you would need a hub adapter. They sell them at www.nopi.com I think they are only like 20bucks or so.

do i need one that fits a 96 grand am or can i just use any hub adaptor?

Type in what type pf vehicle you have and they should have a certain one for you.

Will it still work with the air bag? Thats the only reasion I never changed mine.

Nope you would have to get rid of the air bag.

momo sells a steering wheel for the grand am that has a bag but its pricey
