What is the top you can over bore a 2.4? like 0.020?

.020 is the safest I would even think of doing.
You'd gain more by going high compression. 10.5:1 *droolz*

Who makes high compression pistons for the 2.4?

mantapart would be able to lead you in the right direction.... carcustoms.net would be able to do the same...
highrevmotorsports MIGHT be able to ... rsmracing MIGHT be able to...
an easy way to go high compression would be to get 9:1 pistons and a 2.3L head swap w/ the intake and exhaust manifolds that go w/ it. hehehe.

I am thinking about checking into the 2.4 crate engine that RSM offers. Mine has 140,000 and isnt gonna last forever so i thought about calling them and seeing what theu could put together.

RSM can get you a crate motor with their go-fast head work and cams for about 3-3.5k and its already at 0.020 over.
