New Tint, What U Think?

Has anyone heard of Goodyear Eagle tires making a loud scrunching noise while turning at low speed on 99 Ga's with aluminum rims? Sounds like wheel bearings or bad rotors. The noise is driving me crazy and my dealer wont fix it under warranty cuz they say its the tires. Doesnt sound like any tire noise I've ever heard.

Third....It may be tire flex, which is a big problem with the stock tires on our cars.
