struts and lowering springs

ok im lookin on andysautosport.com and i found these struts for my car they are 61$ a pair, should i get struts for my car? my friend said that the steering will be tighter, is this a bad thing? also, if i get struts would i be able to get lowering springs?

Yes you should get new struts if you get lowering springs anyway. You got a link for the struts? I bought the monroe ones but a lot of guys here like the KYB struts.

they are for sale at andysautosport, 61 for a pair, so thats pretty good, then im gettin the springs there too, ebachi ones for like 250

I spent 189 for the intrax but I wanted a bigger drop. I've heard great things about the eibachs. Make sure you budget for an alignment and get it done before you drive too far.
