Vinyl Removal

This is CHollman's girlfriend, I hate the tan stripe and I am determined to remove it. The vinyl has been there for 4 years and I don't know how to remove it safely. Please Help.

GOOP OFF this stuff is great.Just slowly pull off the vinyl and use the goop off to clean up the residue.

How do I pull off the vinyl? It doesn't just peel off.

if the vinyl is covered in clear coat, then that is a problem, and i wouldnt take it off, but if it isnt, it should just peel off.

The paint is covered in a clear coat which is good for shine. Oh well I'll put up with it I guess. Thanks for the help.
