my ride + supercharger sounds

I've finally gotten around to creating a cardomain page (car is mostly stock)

and... for those of you who dont know what a supercharged vehicle sounds like... i made some sound clips

hmm.. thats strange... maybe the server was down for a bit

ill change the server this weekend and see if that helps.

im just using the "stock" pulley right now.. im sure if i get a smaller pulley it will get louder. i cant up the boost yet since its a dealer installed supercharger and it comes with warranty so... i dont want to void that

I'd be really curious as to whom you acquired this SC from. Being the original 10 that were produced for the public were all sold, and no offense, but since know each person that they were sold to personally, I'd assume you got it used. Now granted some have been sold, so perhaps you got it from someone I know.

Also, what dealer installed it and gave you a warranty on it? I've yet to find a dealer that will warranty aftermarket parts. I mean you're affecting your whole possibly warrantied power train by adding something like that.

The reason E/M stopped making the SC was due to transmission problems that it was causing the GA's. So I would think a dealer would do reasearch into why they were so limited before even coming close to installing it and offering you a warranty on it. Unless they're just giving you a warranty on the labor. But with a power adder like that, you're voiding ANY warranty you had left on that powertrain.

there were only 10 made? thats it??? wow and who is E/M? mine is a magnacharger

and yes i did get it used .. i bought the car in june with the sc installed in there. The person i bought the car from got it installed from the dealer as part of the deal when he bought the car from them. i have the original invoice saying that the dealer will provide a 3 yr/60k km warranty on the sc and i have gmpp 5 yr 80k km on the rest of the vehicle

so basically the car had the sc installed before the original owner got posession of it from the dealer.

10 were purchased by consumers. I'm really curious as to who owned that car previously?. Can you devulge their name?
