Anyone have any ideas on how much a stock hood for 99+ weighs?

30/40 lbs ... not sure exactly but recently removed mine :)

Im just wondering cuz Im checking into possibly shipping it to someone.. and Im trying to find a weight so I can get an estimate for shipping...

To be honest, I don't think you are gonna be as concerned with the weight as you will be with the dimensions as I believe the 'shipping company' will cube it and price it based on this instead :(

Yeah usually the weight is not a factor when shipping something of that size. I used to work at FedEx at the Indy airport and when we got stuff like that coming through, it takes up a lot of space inside the containers that go on the planes or trucks. The more space your package takes up, the less of other packages being put inside.
