2.3l o.h.c to w41 does it will fit??

i want to know if i can put a 2.3l dohc (w41) in my grand am 93"
does it will need fitting and such thanks to yall who will anwser,

Yes, a DOHC engine will fit in exactly where the OHC was. I hope you have a five speed if you want to put a W41 in there though.
