Ok as most of you know i am the unlucky one that has turdinator kit installed on my car. and ever since my bad experience with Ground Dynamics and Extreme Dimensions, i have made it a point to let everyone know about thier kit and thier customer service. well come to find out that the don't appreciate that to much. as i was checking my email last night, i found an email from one of the people there. so i click on it thinking that they might be offering me something in hopes of trying to make things right between us. and low and behold yahoo comes up with a warning saying this email can not be opened as it contains a virus. so it looks like now they are trying to get back at me for telling the truth about them. it was like i told Oscar at Ground Dynamics when we first started this venture, by working with me he has access to two forums Gaownersclub.com and grandamgt.com which is about (at the time this started) 9k or 10k people. so what experience i had with them would effect thier sales and thier reputation as a body kit maker. i know this probablly isn't in the right section, but i just thought that everyone might want to know what happens when a smaller company gets up set when the truth about them is being told. thanks James aka phatG-A

you can easily get back at them for that then.....If they sent you a virus with not actual e-mail like text, just a subject and nothing else you can take action against them.I don't know what you have said to them,it would be considered slander(talking bad about a company for the purpose of ruining their buisness)but if you just were saying things about the service you got and what was wrong I guess you have a good reason to take action against them.My friend had ordered a carbon fiber hood through them for his accord, they said it would ship out the day after he called and placed the order.....2 weeks later, got an e-mail saying it was on back order....another 2 weeks, same thing,he called them back and told them to cancel the order cuz he wasn't gonna waste his time waiting for something that should have been told to him when he called, they should have known that they didn't have any in stock.

and see thats another bad trying, to get ahold of anyone there is a pain in the butt. i have never said onething about them that is untrue in my dealings with them and thier products. so i tink they just have a problem with people telling the truth

You guys' latest talk is one of the best reasons for an open forum. Thanks alot. And if you simply preface your comments with "this is how I feel about..." and describe your EXACT situation as to how they treated you, it can't be slanderous. Don't try to tell anyone else what to do, though, 'cause then it is collusion on thre internet, and is quite pricey if they sue you. You CAN send to THEM an undetectible V. if you have the right friends !!!!!

lmao no i don't want to send them a virus. i mean i have been done with this company since febuary when i started dealing with another company. i have no care to deal with them or talk with them at all. it was just kind of wierd to be getting an email from them and to find out it has a virus just made me laugh. i have no problems with a company making a kit for our cars, even if people don't like them, but a company most also take the heat from customers that aren't happy with it and thier service. i mean i deal with angry customers all day when we quote them how much parts and labor is to fix there cars. i have there phone#'s and addresses but it doesn't mean i'm going to make nasty calls or send them nasty mail. it's just part of life
