for a 96 GA, its the control for the turn signal and for the windshield wipers. the turnsignal is really loose and i have to hold it in posistion for the right or left and the windshield is the same. thanks

is it the mechanical pivot on those leavers or something electronic?

its nothing electrical, i have to hold down the levar (pivot) to get it to show the signal.
