Help! Leak in 01 GT

I need help guys. I just noticed today that the entire left side of my rear carpet (directly behind the drivers seat) was drenched in water. Any suggestions on where it's coming from would be greatly appreciated? :(

I just bought a used 2001 Grand Am GT and it had those silly window louvers on it, so I had the dealer where I bought it take them off. I now have noticed that when it rains and I am driving down the highway that little drops of water are dripping around the window... Could be a bad door seal? I am checking into this myself. Keep me posted on what you find out and I'll do the same.
