Cig Lighter not working

Recently I decided to get a radar detector so i decided to see if my cig lighter worked but when i push that little thing in it doesn't get hot at all, do you think i blew a fuse? I don't smoke so i never touched it since i bought the car (last year)

anyone i could do? if its a fuse, what one do i replace?

The fuse for the cig lighter is in the fusebox under the hood (drivers side), not in the dash. At least thats where it is in my '03.

I think its a 15 amp, there should be a couple of spares stuck in the cover of that fusebox. Have a look at your owners manual for which fuse it actually is.
