Got my muffler installed finally. gonna have the pipe redone at a later date. I really like the sound, and yes I can tell a difference. The thing pulls quite a bit harder to redline now it seems. Overall I'm really happy with the way it came out. Those are stainless steel 3.5" tips btw. I have a movie clip in here too... I'll post links to the pictures since they are really large.

I like the Dynomax sound, I have one on my Ecotec. Personally, I think you shoulda used dual tips or single large oval tips to fill the exhaust cutouts in the bumper, IMO.:D

was thinknig the same thing, but I couldnt find a stainless tip I liked that was dual. I kind of dig the way it looks now, looks like some camaro/trans am/ws6 exhausts. I dunno, I like it :)

thanks everyone, I really like the sound and I sort of thought I would do dual/duals, but I REALLY like the look of the single 3.5" tip. My friend has a grandprix gtx with the SLP exhaust and GMMG 4" tips. And I just think its a little different and adds more uniqueness to the car. Everyone tends to do dual/duals, and I too wanted too, until I saw pics of his car and photoshopped the exhaust onto mine. It looks good. As for sound, its HARD to hear because my digicams mic is really lame. My friend has a better camrea and I'm going to ask him to re-record it for me. It has a really nice mellow/deep tone. I REALLY like it. And I have noticed that it gets a little louder as it gets heated up :)
WhiPontiac: do you mean the car or the muffler? the car is an 00' pontiac grand am gt 4dr, and the mufffler is a dynomax super turbo camaro/crossover 2.5" in/dual out muffler. I picked the muffler up at jegs for 50$ + shipping. Installation including welding, was 90$ (kinda high imo) and the tips were 44$ total.
