Artic White paint code - 16 or 40?

I have a 2002 GA that is Artic White. Dupli-color has two whites listed, "bright white 16" and "white 40".

My spare tire cover was replaced by the dealer due to water damage. The new cover has no sticker.

So the question is: Artic White paint code - 16 or 40?

I just picked up some touch up paint for my "Artic White" 99 GA SE1. I gave the dealer my VIN and they told me the paint code was 16 or "Bright White". I would imagine it would be the same for you, but if you call up a GM Dealer they can give you the correct paint code from your VIN.

Thanks, tommyboy. I think all the 99+ white GA's are the same paint code.
