body shop question...

Since this is where the body shop experts are I thought I would come here with the question..

Well when I bought my ga the front bumper was replaced and repainted.... BUT.. when they repainted the new bumper..they didnt sand the bumper so now there are little chips of paint flaking off the bumper.. The dealership offered to fix it for $300

What would be a reasonable price to repaint the bumper? The color is the bright red that Pontiac has.

that's about right from the dealer, my dealer wanted 350.00 to paint my rear bumper I went to Macco and they did it for 150.00 and it turned out great (see link).

hope you don't have to pay that...Thats what I paid a guy to paint my whole body kit,350,2 bumpers and 2 side skirts.

well the other day when I was at autozone.. the guys testing my battery said that he has a lttle shop in town and could do it for $100 for everything

Did you go to a gm bodyshop. Because I had to have my twin post mirror repainted on the drivers side because it had little air bubbles in it. But they repainted it for me for free because their is a 3 year gurantee on their work:)
