quad 4 HO manifold

I have tried to do my research but I can not find it. I know somebody has posted that they put a ho manifold on a I believe 2.4 I was just wondering if anybody remembers this post. If you can please post a link to the thread. Or give me information about it. If I remember correctly I can take a ho manifold off a 92 and put it on my 97 2.4 se

with quite a few modifications that are needed to make the ports match the 2.4L head.

You will also have to drill out the two bolt holes on the 2.4L throttle body if you plan on using it instead of a 2.3L throttle body.

I was talking about the exhaust manifold. Because I think that they person used a quad 4 exhaust manifold and put it on the 2.4.

Exhaust manifold? That is going tons of work... the bolts don't match, not to mention the EGR provisions on the 2.4 head. You're better off buying a 2.4 header.

yea, the ports dont match up IIRC. But if you to put on a different header buy a pacesetter header for a 96-98 cavi and mod that to work.

EGR? hahahhha... some of us are lucky not to be burdened by such garbage... hahahahahahahahhhah..... I love minor updates and face lifts to engine runs.. :)

GM shafted us 96-98 nbodies, we have the EGR, the short throw shifter for the jbodies doesnt fit our car. doesnt the jbody head fit the 99+ GAs, if so thats another thing, no GM charger b/c of the different styles in engines shit. But we do have better injectors. lol
