Because back in 2001 all pick-up trucks in NYS had to have commercial plates, they have since changed that but i still have my original plates

I love that truck, Dodge makes an awesome blue, and the big tires rock. You did that truck up right, its unique but not overdone. I'm jealous, i wish my truck looked half as good as yours!
