Not sure if this has been covered or not, but does anyone know if the dashboard is made up of vinyl or a plastic substance on 99+ grand ams? And also, what paint would I use if i were to paint it? thank you.

its vinyl...use Vinyl dye, a few guys have done it in white..looks sweet

Was thinking of doing that too. Same material on a 92?

all GA dash's from 92+ I'm am 100% sure are Vinyl wrapped over plastic, so are Berettas and Mustangs for that matter, I've done alot of work with dash colors, Vinyl dye is awesome stuff
