what do you mean, "mod chip" if you mean the resistors that are sold on ebay, dont do it. just do a computer upgrade, if that is what you are talking about.

If your talking about a ECM chip reprogram or another chip to put in, there is some that are made for the cars but I dont know about SE. ASM performance makes some for the GT and SE and PFYC has one i belive to but its for the GT. If your talking about one that helps your tranny "shift better" they are a waste and wont do much no matter what any one says they will do something but very very little.

no, you cant just get an ecu from pfyc.com. THE DHP AND ASE CHIPS ARE FOR GT'S ONLY! Ive gotten a glimmer of light from a guy who wants to try out a program on my GA, but the guy hasnt given me any kind of feedback yet and so I really dont know when or what it will do. C-Ya racing is supposidly advertising a chip for GA's but it also may only be for GT's and not SE's.

The C-Ya Racing PCM makes no mention of either GT or SE mattering. This seems odd since DHP makes a clear point of being GT only. Plus C-Ya has failed to reply to my four emails seeking more info.

Well isnt that wonderful, another company that says its gonna support us, then doesnt. WOW, who could of guessed such an obvious happening. Sigh, sometimes it just gets on your nerves.
