I want to pain my vents and door handles, and other parts of my dash. What kind and brand of paint do I use for this?

Krylon plastic enamel, or Kylron fusion. Either one works quite well. You can get them at most local stores that have paint sections, like K-Mart, etc.

I very highly recomend Krylon fusion, stuff's awesome, give your parts a light scuff with some sand paper, enough to where you can see the marks, and then spray

I washed my plastic pieces with dish soap and a green scrubber pads and then wiped things down with rubbing alcohol. The idea is to get all the Armor-all, dirt and grease off before painting. Sandpaper will work too but I thought the scrubber pad would form around the curves better.

the sanding is to make sure the paint sticks, although it does help get all the other crap off first
