Wiper removal

hey guys just wundering how to take off the wipers and get under the plastic cowl on the bottom of the front window so i can check where my cars leaking from under the dash.i cant find any screws or anything and hopefully its not that big of a job.

If is smells like antifreeze it is probably the heater core.
