do you think it would matter if you changed the color of the wrap such as blue or green?

It shows how to put a layer of yellow saran wrap over the fog lights on a GA.

Will that melt under the heat of the bulb?

I always thought that was being kind of Ricey, like how alot of the Civics have the snowplow kits that have the two 8inch fog lights in the front, and their always a yellow foglight thats insanely ugly

Whatever floats your boat but I'd imagine you'd have to redo it every once in a while due to stone chips & bug guts.

No kiddin. If it's tacky, it's tacky but rice has nothing to do with it. Rice- derived from the 60's 70's term "Rice burner" which meant that a car was of Asian origion.

:offtopic:

Everybody have their own interpretaiton of what rice is. No need to hijack the thread about it. Just dig-up the old threads in the off-topic seciton.

I try to avoid cheap ass mods such as this. Think how stupid you would feel when someone comes up to you and says, "Dude, where did you get those colored fogs?" And your response is, "Man, my mom had some awesome syran wrap leftover from last night and I put that shit on my car."

I would laugh my ass off I knew someone that put that cheap crap on their car. Do it right or don't do it at all.

Ok, although not too elequently put (I'll give a perfect 10 for the humor though!:) ) I couldn't agree more. But to each thier own/ it's thier car.

although many of you say this is a rice mod, doing it with saran wrap is sorta ghetto...but real yellow fogs are nice for the rain and snow. the yellow light cuts through the rain and snow at night and makes visibility much clearer. i have yellow fogs on my blazer, and when it rains you cant even see the rain drops ahead of you, but when my blue APC rice bulbs are only on, i see all the rain and my visibility isnt as good. dont do this saran shit, but go get real yellow lense fogs....mine were only about 25 bucks with a relay and thicker gauge wire i bought to install them.
