Removal Of Window Scratches..Help

Back when i first got my grand am the wipers were so old that they were rusted and falling apart slowly as i didnt really notice them until i decided to test them they scratched up my window and its annoying as hell to look out it...any of you know of a soultion to get rid of these scratches?

if they are just minor scratches, auto glass specialist here in milw. might be able to fix it. they had some stuff they gave me for my 80 z28 awile back, but I never used it.
