How do you remove the stereo/console...

I have a 2004 Grand Am with the stock am/fm/cd stereo. I'm looking to upgrade it with a Pioneer Premier deck, I need some advice on how to remove the console, I already have the harness and the installation kit for the new deck. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Pop out the key ring
out the car in 1st
pop out the plate going arownd the cd player
take out the screws.
