okay I know where the leak is comen from but what is it??? I know its not the heating core its to the left under the conditioner pipes. Was there a hose there or is it supposed to be open like a safety valve? I know I replaced the elbow tube to the heating core recently...can that also be the reason??? Im going nuts trying to figure this out...please help me...:???:

I'm not exactly sure what you're describing... but it sounds like the condensation "drain spout" that protrudes from the firewall. If this is where the coolant is coming from, it's you're heater core leaking, or possibly one of the hoses is lose and draining into the heater core cavity.

I had the same problem that you were haveing. First check the safety cap on the collant reservior. It is probably bad.
