Rear Speaker Grills

Im currently painting parts of my interior and I want to paint my rear speaker grills, but they're held on by sum type of screw. The only problem is, the end of it is round and im not sure how the hell u take it off. Has anyone taken theirs off? Also, im having trouble getting to the clips in the back of my heat vents so i cant take them out and paint them. Anyone know how to get those out 2?

I just slid mine out i dont know how the 2004s are. Mine i pulled on them tell they came out.
