:argue: :flush: I have a Ga with a 3300 6 in it . Just wondering If anyone has had problems with valves?? Please let me know your milage also . I just bought a mint 93 gt , but its not running. When you crank it over it backfires like its out of time. I replaced the timing chain and front seal already . Now im going through the throttle body and intake. Anyone know the average cylinder compression by any chance? Also I bought a Chiltons manual wich most auto shops state the firing order is wrong in it.I need to know wich wire goes to wich coil pack , just to make sure(it would be a great help) The previous owner has changed the packs . I dont want to pull the heads unless I have to . Seems to me the wires are on wrong , but it needed new gaskets anyway. It sucks when you by something used , and have no clue what the first possibly (MORON) did to it. Any help would be great! This site is a great help . It's nice to see people into American cars instead or noisy SLOW DO NOTHING hondas that an average V6 will destroy. When I get the car going I would like to get into some type of mini shot NOS setup. Thanks for your help ..
Peace

Hey sorry I didn't get back to you as soon as planned but I work part time for a tow company and I was pretty busy today...
Ok your firing order should be 1-6-5-4-3-2
Your cylinder numbers from left to right on the front bank(font of car) should be 1-3-5
The rear bank(back of car) cylinders should be 2-4-6
These specs came from my Haynes manual and I went by them when I did my car and its all good.
Hope I helped and if you need any more info on this motor or call please feel free to send me a private message since I have this car and know everything about it lol.

Thanks for the info man I compared it to my Chiltons manual ,and my manual seems to be wrong go figure. One other question I was going to ask you about the coil packs is If you start at the top pack twards the fire wall and go down are the #'s 1,4,5,2,3,6? Im just double checking to see If there are any more errors on this manual. Now I can finally get this thing going! Thanks again for your help.

this info seems to be exactly the same as the 3100, anyone have a manual handy to check that out?
