It doesn't look too bad, but you may want to get that fixed up, I can see the paint "bent" in the top pic at one point...my Intrepid did that once...didn't take long for it to flake and rust.

What color is your car? Is it that blueberry blue color, because I adore that color.

How to fix?
Rubber hammer. Lightly tap it out until its perfect, or pay someone to do it.
It should be fixed quite easily.

in the first pic it looks like the paint maybe cracked and if its pounded out it may flake off,id have a shop or dealership body shop look at it.
