LED Idea

I have an idea for a place for leds. My speaker grills. They have a plastic design i could hide them behind and they could light up my blue cones. Ok, but then i got to thinking that it would be neat to have them pulse with the music. So i'm wondering, could i run them off the speaker wires and have them pulse? Would a resistor for regular 12v work??

ok, i guess i can just leave them always on.

You can't hook them to the speaker wires but you can get a controller that hooks to the speaker wires and it makes the lights thump to the music.

Keep looking, it's out there.

get a streetglow music interface kit, you can probably buy it at Pepboys, the output on it is 12volts and it pulses to the music, sensitivity adjustements and all
