running lights

I woundering how do I get my running lights to stay off, If I took out the ALC fuse but would that take care of the running lights?

mine jus all of a sudden stopped working bout 2 months ago im glad but i have no idea how that happened now the high beem indicator jus flashes on the dash during the day i think one of the relay's quit there are about 5 under ur hood 3 behind beside the right strut housing and one right by the cooling fan one of those might be responsible
