Radio Removal

Hi.. I am going to take my radio out to get to wires needed to install an alarm. The car is a 2003 grand am se1. If i disconnect the radio, do i need to take it to the dealer to have them re-program it for chimes etc? BTW, It's a radio with cd (Base level) not the monsoon model.
