Borla Turbo Muffler

I am not too familiar with exhaust systems, my expertise is audio. Anyway, i am looking to add a lil touch to my 99Ga Se 2.4 I was thinking of replacing the muffler with the Borla Turbo XL with twin tips. I am wondering what pipe inlet diameter i need, how well these work, will i get any hp gains, and how will it sound. Also, any ideas for good looking tips. And last questoion: Do you need to have turbo with a turbo muffler?? Thanks

No you don't need a turbo :). It probably sounds alright because its a borla. As for piping 2.5".
