HO intake manifold swap, with some type of intake on it. stock part plugs are fine, and mobil 1 is good oil. and then just about anything else you can do to a car you would want to do ot a grand ams motor.

Either the 2.3 Manifold, or swapping cams from the 2.3.

The AEM wai was great. Stick with AC Delco plugs, they will never steer you wrong. The problem is that the engine DOES have potential, but is really corked up, im sure for emissions sake.

J-Body Performence. great guys and my head/cams/psitons should be in the mail soon. 9.0:1pistons bored 0.020over. with Eagle rods and rod/cam/main bearings, cam to about $3500 with head port/polished and grinded to match a 0.020bore, and has all valves and springs. and great support, even from here in Iraq.

and for plugs, ac delco Plats.
