Just posting this as an FYI for anyone who needs to replace a full mirror assebly on their vehicle.

About 2 months ago I damaged my passenger side electric mirror on my '03 Buick Century. I didn't know if I should get OEM or aftermarket.

I ended up ordering aftermarket through a company called www.getcrashparts.com.

The sent me a Kool Vue brand OEM replacement mirror.

It fit flawlessly, the only modification necessary was to remove the rubber gasket/backing from the factory mirror and put it on the replacement mirror as the replacement mirror had some cheaper foam type backing material around the screw mounts instead of the supple, flexible and thick rubber that was on the OEM part.

Not trying to shill either the online retailer or the manufacturer of the mirror... just wanted to give anyone looking to replace a mirror a heads up as to a quality aftermarket choice.

Total including shipping on the mirror was $64.11 and it arrived in 2 weeks. The reason for the delay (normally it would only take 1 week) is that they open the products and test them before shipping them out and the first mirror they got from their supplier didn't meet their "quality guidelines" meaning it either the fit/finish wasn't up to par or the electric motor didn't work right.

The cheapest OEM mirror I could find was $98.00+ shipping.
