This morning i was headed to work and as i was turning at an intersection my car would not accelerate past 10mph then eventually no where at all, the only way i could go is in reverse. so i ended up reversing into a parking lot and tried to figure out my prob...tranny fluid gone...how i dont know. i did notice tho a leak when i poured more in. after i had the car running for about 30min with the new fluid in i tried to get it to move in drive, nothing, 3rd, nothing 2nd, nothing even 1st nothing. I got out my car and realized time to make some favor call backs, but thats when i looked down and noticed tranny fluid everywhere, when i hit the gas it spews it out. does this mean i still have to replace the tranny or is it something simple?

Might just be a tranny coolant line that busted or something similar or it might be a hole in your tranny oil case which is bad. If you can'T see where it's coming out of the only thing to do is to take it to a mechanic who'll put it up on a lift and see where it's leaking from.
Depending on how long it ran with a leak there could be internal damage to the tranny. Again, only a mechanic can tell...

Just take it in to get checked out. We can't really tell you what is wrong with it without seeing it. So do what Gimli said and take it in.

Take it in. Or do it your self.
