ok my gf bought me the cordless polisher from canadian tire..

just wondering can anyone tell me how this things works??

or should i just stay with my electric one?

I have the same unit you are talking about ... the one with 2 batteries, a charger and a 'package' of various pads, etc? ... anyway, I found it works best to apply the 'wax' manually but then use the polisher and the 'lambs wool pad' to remove it ... just my preference anyway :)

yeah i just want to use it to buff ..


like i put on by hand take off by hand and just buff with it


ive always used a electric one i just dont know with all the pressure im putting on it if it will last.


wut do u think?

... you will see when (and if) you get it that you will not be able to put a ton of pressure on it as the motor will just stall ... I like it and it serves the buffing process well IMO :)

Not sure, I know buffers to this day scare the heck out of me. I've always preferred elbow grease! :)

... it isn't really a buffer Adam as it only turns something like 2700 RPM as compared to much higher RPMs normally seen on a buffer :)

Have the same unit, just use it for buffing as well, its much faster putting the wax on by hand ;)


But I like it, works decent for buffing.
