Service Vehicle Soon and Headlight

I saw another thread like this, but he did not mention the DRL being out. My service vehicle soon light started coming on yesterday. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt. THe passenger headlight is out, and the DRL flash when I start the car and go out. Now, I know there are other similar threads. But my question is, can the headlight being out cause all this other stuff? Or is the headlight out BECAUSE something is wrong with the DRL?

The SVS light will come on if a headlight is burnt out . Replace the headlight blub and check all the other lights while you're at it .

So far so good..........replaced the low beam and the DRL came back................thanks!
