Engine/Tranny/ECU configuration

What are your opinion and ideas for a LO w/ 9:5:1 compression pistons - block with a STD tranny (out of that '88 GA italked about earlier) and high output cams? I would have 2 ECU's to work with...a LO Std. ECU and a HO Std. ECU if it came to computer problems. Has anyone done this setup and had a bad turnout? Im thinking about what would Mantapart have to remedy this combination and its possible faults. Besides Mantapart, what other manufacturers are there to help boost your 2.3L quad4?

Setup sounds good, dont know about the tranny thought (forget what tranny that is) and depending on the motor, the 91-94 quads are better macniclly then the older ones, and of course that nasty 95 cross over motor.
