I've been told to stay away from Canadian Tire parts (except for regular packaged things like plugs, filters, etc). If you try a Napa or Carquest you can probably get excellent quality brake parts for about the same money. I used ceramic pads and premium rotors from a Napa store. No problems in the 20,000km I've had them.

well i heard postivie from them... but for what i see for the price its just best to pick up a set of raybestos or something.. its cheaper.. for just same ...

Let me add to my reply. I haven't heard anything about the Monroe brakes in specific. Just about general CT parts. What I've been told is that sometimes the parts don't fit correctly. It may depend on the specific car though.

Just saying what I've heard.

I have wagner pads and rotors, the BEST i've owned so far trust me, all problems GONE!!! till about another 30-40k later

You can get 40k? I'm lucky to get 30K. BTW, are we gonna get a slotted rotors buy going?

get raybestos pads and rotors. if you drive hard get ceramic pads
I wouldnt bother with there junk. my power slots where good but expensive.

Hey hey hey!!!! I just found out that HAWK has finally made brake pads for the 99-04 Grand Ams and Aleros. Those are the best for sure.
